Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring that each assessment is comprehensive and tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that include specific goals, targeted interventions, and regular monitoring of client progress toward achieving their objectives.

• Provide individual and family counseling focusing on various life challenges such as mental health issues, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflicts, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Work collaboratively with clients to enhance their service plans, ensuring they are connected to community services that fulfill their unique needs, thereby facilitating a seamless path to recovery and support.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as needed to help clients navigate acute challenges effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
