Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Winds Of Change, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for your clients.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, aimed at helping clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.

• Monitoring client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs while adhering to best practices in psychological care.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, who present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
