Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and inform personalized care plans that enhance patient health outcomes.

• Fostering a therapeutic relationship with patients through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques that align with best practices in mental health.

• Completing accurate documentation of social work activities in patients' medical records in compliance with departmental policies and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, which requires specialized knowledge of trauma-informed care and addiction recovery principles. You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults of varying demographics and backgrounds, and address the psychosocial challenges they face during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge in providing care across the lifespan, with an emphasis on human development and cultural competency within the care process.

• Strong analytical and therapeutic skills necessary for evaluating clients, creating treatment plans, and assessing therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
