The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's strategic plan, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, and overseeing all aspects of the business, including financial management, program operations, and stakeholder relationships. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving new revenue streams, strong financial acumen, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of leadership experience, particularly in nonprofit, trade association, or membership-based organizations. Key responsibilities for the President/CEO include strategic leadership, operational and program management, financial and resource stewardship, communications, public relations, and human capital and culture leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing environments and a deep commitment to ethics, transparency, and community service.
