Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine each child’s individual needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they align with best practices in child development.

• Monitor and analyze outcomes as a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary team, using data-driven assessments to guide interventions.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's developmental growth.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and teach within the natural learning environment, fostering a supportive atmosphere for both children and families.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding social work practice and child welfare.

• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress, share insights, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to age three who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will engage with families from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges and triumphs. Your work will revolve around empowering parents and caregivers by providing resources and strategies that facilitate their child’s growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
