Accounting Manager
We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and leadership teams
What we're looking for:
- 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Proven ability to streamline processes and improve controls
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
Preferred:
- CPA or CPA-track
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
