Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. You will be empowered to provide telehealth services that include individual and group counseling sessions. Our work hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support our diverse clientele.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development to enhance personal skills and contribute to the team's success.

Our clients range from young adults to seniors, facing various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
