Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that strategies are tailored to each child's developmental needs.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.

• Offer ongoing support, resources, and guidance to families aimed at bolstering their child's emotional, cognitive, and social development.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining compliance and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices within a natural learning environment to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for children and families.

• Facilitate effective communication between families and community resources to improve access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays, helping them develop key physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their critical first three years of life. You will establish rapport with children and their families, tailoring interventions that respect their individual circumstances and culture.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate outreach activities as needed.

• A commitment to individualized treatment that reflects a variety of learning styles and family dynamics.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseloads and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

It is preferred that the candidate has at least one year of hands-on experience working with children in early intervention settings. Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly desirable. Bilingual proficiency is also encouraged to better serve our diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
