Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and manage customized support packages for clients, specifically addressing the challenges associated with hospice care and end-of-life issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, setting tailored, measurable goals for each case to ensure focused intervention.

• Provide insightful information and counseling during sessions, guiding clients and their families through the emotional aspects of end-of-life care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
