Senior Consolidation Accountant-1

Senior Consolidation Accountant responsible for preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including SEC 10Q and 10K filings. Position reports to the Associate Director of Consolidation Accounting and works with global subsidiaries and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and SEC filing disclosures
- Coordinate with global subsidiaries and internal teams to compile and verify financial data
- Analyze account balances, research variances, and ensure proper US GAAP accounting treatment
- Prepare consolidation journal entries and post-closing adjustments for business divisions
- Support acquisitions and divestitures accounting and provide guidance on various transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years accounting, internal audit, or Big 4 public accounting experience
- Understanding of consolidation accounting and foreign entity translation to US dollars
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports and prepare supporting schedules
- Technical accounting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Compensation: $96,200–$151,400 base
