Feel Life Body Therapy & Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Manassas, Virginia. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional outpatient care, enabling patients to restore their mobility and improve their overall quality of life through tailored rehabilitation plans.

Work Environment

This onsite role takes place at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Manassas, offering a supportive and vibrant work atmosphere. Your typical work schedule will be from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while meeting the needs of our diverse patient population. We maintain a manageable patient load to ensure that each therapist can dedicate ample time and resources to every individual, allowing for high-quality care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions designed to meet each patient's unique goals, such as restoring mobility, enhancing strength, and improving overall health.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques.
• Emphasize evidence-based practices that prioritize non-surgical approaches to reduce reliance on medications.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their treatment journey, celebrating their progress and encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise and wellness programs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and modifications to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as necessary to maximize patient success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to their specific rehabilitation needs and personal recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Expertise in various manual therapy modalities and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful exercise programs.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, for accurate patient data management and documentation.
• Current knowledge of cutting-edge physical therapy techniques and methodologies that are supported by research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a history of fostering positive patient relationships.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
