Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update financial data into accounting software and databases.
Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
Perform other administrative tasks related to accounting as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferred.
Proven experience in data entry and basic accounting functions.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Salary : $26.00 per hour
