Remote Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)Insight Global is seeking a qualified Remote Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in support of one of our large healthcare clients. This candidate will be a part of the Salesforce support and enhancement team responsible for maintaining critical Salesforce platforms and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, updating Confluence documentation, validating solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating directly with stakeholders and development teams.A qualified candidate will have extensive BSA experience, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to independently drive requirements and problem-solving efforts.Compensation: $45/hr-$55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
