Although your primary work will be remote, you will occasionally collaborate with your colleagues in our outpatient office in Corvallis, ensuring that you remain connected with a team of dedicated professionals. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on client availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address complex emotional and relational issues.

• Assess clients' needs thoroughly through diagnostic interviews and assessments, utilizing tools and methodologies that best fit each client's situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment process.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular case consultations and contributing to treatment planning discussions.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant changes in clients’ conditions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing therapeutic services, demonstrating a strong proficiency in clinical practice.

• Experience in a remote counseling setting or proficiency using teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
