While the outpatient office is our base, our therapists have the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. You will typically work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on the varying needs and schedules of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of your clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring that client information is protected and accurately documented.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at our organization, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.
