Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic interventions for each client, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of your clients.

• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients explore their feelings, experiences, and relationships, fostering greater self-awareness and coping skills.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical practice, specifically addressing mood disorders, is preferred.
