Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals contending with dual diagnoses, including those facing emotional distress in conjunction with chronic illnesses and substance dependencies. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proven background in addressing mental health issues in patients with co-occurring physical health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
