Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will encompass numerous essential functions aimed at ensuring the mental and emotional well-being of clients, including:

• Providing individual psychotherapy or counseling to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse.

• Conducting detailed interviews to gather and assess clients' social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.

• Evaluating and treating psychological problems within your scope of practice, developing tailored treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs.

• Coordinating and planning supportive programs and activities that enhance clients' social and emotional well-being.

• Facilitating cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, including crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
