Work Environment\n

This role is designed for licensed professionals who prefer a remote work setting but still desire to connect with clients directly through outpatient therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating treatment plans tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, with a focus on couples' counseling as well as family dynamics.
\n
• Addressing a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and clinical services in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults as well as children and adolescents. Your expertise will help address various mental health challenges faced by clients, including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Physical or psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and dynamics
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, or blended family situations

• Communication barriers among family members

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
