Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's unique strengths, needs, and challenges, which serve as foundational elements for care.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with clinical best practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques to engage clients and foster a healing environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community organizations, to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing social work services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification(s) in evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical skills through past experiences or interview evaluations will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. Additional benefits include:
