Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic relationship with clients through virtual mediums.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding of various mental health conditions.
\n
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, therapy sessions, and documentation efficiently.
