Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized therapy to clients using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs, synthesizing information to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and circumstances. Engage in regular clinical sessions—both individual and group formats—facilitating discussions that empower clients in their healing process. Collaborate closely with clients to establish meaningful goals and track progress during their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring that you meet all compliance standards. Utilize a user-friendly telehealth platform for efficient scheduling, conducting sessions, and managing client records to streamline workflow and effective client engagement. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will come from various backgrounds and may present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By providing tailored support in a warm and compassionate manner, you will help clients navigate their unique circumstances and facilitate positive change in their lives. Qualifications A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required. Current licensure by the State Board to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD), demonstrating your ability to provide therapy without supervision. Preferred Experience Experience providing teletherapy services is desirable, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and connection with clients remotely. Specialization in specific therapeutic areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression) is a plus and can enhance your ability to serve a broad range of clients. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
