Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis planning to ensure safety and support.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques as part of a collaborative care model alongside our clinical team to improve client outcomes.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, guiding clients towards more effective coping mechanisms.

• Participate in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet established guidelines and enhance our credibility within the community.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners, coordinating services and advocating for client needs.
\n
• Foster strong communication lines with all stakeholders, including clients and their families, to promote understanding and support effective care delivery.

• Seek out and develop professional networks with local, state, and federal agencies to broaden resource availability and enhance program visibility.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings that enrich your expertise and benefit our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from individuals grappling with mental health challenges to those on pathways for recovery from substance abuse. You will also support individuals with developmental disabilities and those navigating the complexities of acquired brain injury. This diverse population requires a compassionate, comprehensive approach tailored to each individual's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is mandatory; candidates currently licensed in other states are encouraged to apply, as we support licensure transfer fees.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes:
