Business Analyst Team Lead (EDRS Adoption)

The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead to lead the EDRS (Electronic Death Registration System) Adoption Team. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Quality Assistance Team (QAT) Supervisor and collaborate closely with Business Workflow, Quality Assistance, program SMEs, healthcare facilities, and external stakeholders.

The Team Lead will oversee daily team activities, prioritize assignments, provide status updates to leadership, and support the adoption and enrollment of healthcare facilities and licensed professionals into the Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS). The role requires a combination of business analysis, customer service, stakeholder engagement, end-user support, training, workflow analysis, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to the EDRS Adoption Team, including assigning and prioritizing daily work assignments.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assistance Team (QAT), Business Workflow Unit, program SMEs, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities and licensed healthcare professionals to support EDRS onboarding, enrollment, and adoption.
• Assist stakeholders with establishing and recovering SSO credentials, password resets, account unlocks, and account access issues.
• Support users with linking SSO credentials to PAVRMS accounts and resolving enrollment-related issues.
• Understand and explain business requirements, reporting workflows, and system processes to external stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and escalate technical issues, application defects, barriers to adoption, and stakeholder concerns to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with the Business Workflow Unit to verify application functionality and facilitate issue resolution.
• Analyze facility reporting workflows and recommend strategies to improve electronic reporting adoption.
• Review current EDRS usage and tailor outreach strategies based on facility adoption levels.
• Develop training materials, instructional documents, job aids, and other support resources for stakeholders.
• Refer users to appropriate training resources and provide basic end-user and technical support.
• Conduct routine project status meetings with the QAT Supervisor and BHSR Director.
• Provide regular updates regarding team performance, stakeholder concerns, project progress, and adoption challenges.
• Maintain accurate weekly status reports and complete required timesheet reporting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, nurses, facility administrators, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Customer Service, End-User Support, Technical Support, or a related information technology environment.
• Experience serving in a Business Analyst Lead or Team Lead capacity.
• Strong experience in customer service and end-user support.
• Ability to understand, document, and communicate business processes and workflow requirements.
• Experience developing training documents, instructional materials, or user support documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical concerns appropriately.
• Experience providing training or technical support to professional audiences is preferred.
