Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and preferences, leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful progress in treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address the comprehensive needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
