Administration - Admin Svcs Coordinator

Admin Services Coordinator

Admin support for leasing department.

- Providing strong administrative support - Assisting clients and conducting office tours - Drafting proposals, filing, uploading files, and preparing LOIs - Managing Excel spreadsheets and printing documents - Conducting some market research - Setting up meetings and supporting general office operations - Greeting visitors and handling inquiries - Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks - Performing other administrative duties as needed - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional business relationships. Must have strong grammar, clear writing ability, and polished communication style. - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow them through to completion. - Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and support multiple projects. - Proficiency with office equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and calculators. - General math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.

Basic computer functions Proficiency in software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.

At least 1-2 years of experience in Admin - Fashion or real estate background preferred.

College graduate preferred
