Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, histories, and mental health challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Set measurable treatment goals alongside clients, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Utilize our integrated scheduling and clinical documentation software for documenting client interactions efficiently, streamlining administrative tasks so you can focus on patient care.

You will work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
