Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy, utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Efficiently manage a full caseload, ensuring timely completion of client notes and documentation to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize our billing service for processing claims and managing client and insurance accounts to streamline administrative tasks.

• Facilitate ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar that supports scheduling flexibility for clients.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively address a wide range of clinical presentations, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing various age groups and presenting issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique struggles, while contributing to their overall psychological well-being. Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required for this position.

• Successful candidates must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
