Business Development Representative

You’ll identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities while serving as a vital partner to our sales and marketing teams. This is a fast‑paced, high‑reward role where curiosity, resilience, and strong communication skills shine. What You’ll Do Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies Identify prospect needs, challenges, and goals Qualify and route sales‑ready opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed Manage time and pipeline effectively in a self‑directed environment What Success Looks Like Strong understanding of our nutrition, payments, and e‑commerce solutions Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical software offerings Consistent generation of high‑quality, qualified sales opportunities Excellent organization, follow‑up, and attention to detail Clear, confident, and professional communication skills Who You Are You’re a motivated, collaborative professional who thrives in a customer‑first sales environment. You enjoy learning new products, adapting to change, and working both independently and as part of a team.
