Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and social needs to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain and manage accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Madison Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with clients facing end-of-life challenges in our hospice center setting.
