Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students, gathering pertinent information on their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific and measurable goals tailored to the unique needs of each student.
\n
• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to student care.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for students in distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, supporting continuity of care.
\n
• Create and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping students and families with coping strategies and awareness of mental health issues.

• Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and alignment with organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds facing various challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral issues. You will play an essential role in promoting resilience and coping strategies, ensuring that every student has the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on youth and families.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and a deep commitment to providing high-quality care.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and assessment skills, coupled with an ability to build rapport with children, families, and educators.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
