Senior Sales Manager

Leading a team of account and sales development representatives, the full-time remote Senior Sales Manager will drive the growth of the Large Pro book of business by overseeing pipeline management, setting sales goals, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Key responsibilities Grow the Large Pro book of business by leading the sales team to acquire new Corporate partners Oversee the team's pipeline management efforts and track performance against business goals Develop training programs for sales representatives and identify opportunities for process improvements Required qualifications 8+ years of customer-facing sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $100,000 - $1,000,000 in ARR Strong coaching and talent development skills Operationally rigorous with experience in pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
