Senior Director of FP&A

Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time salaried Senior Director of FP&A will own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while managing a team of Finance Business Partners and Senior Financial Analysts, with a focus on strategic decision-making and AI transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company strategy Lead financial statement reporting and prepare quarterly reviews for the Board of Directors Mentor and develop Finance Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture Required qualifications 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of owning full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting Experience presenting financial results to board-level or C-suite audiences Background in supporting or leading a company through an exit, IPO, or M&A process Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA is ideal but not required
