Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide consultation services to support the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to meet regulatory standards while ensuring timely completion of all necessary records.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools to assess mental health status and progress effectively.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that prioritize the patient's well-being.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, upholding the organization’s commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to coordinate comprehensive support for our patients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to explore new partnerships and funding opportunities.
