Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized approaches, tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethics.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations and actively participate in peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care across our organization.

• Provide educational resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering an atmosphere of understanding and support.

• Stay abreast of current research trends and developments within the mental health field to continuously enhance your practice and the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role places you at the forefront of serving individuals grappling with various issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, tailoring treatment to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for productive client interactions and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n
