Our remote outpatient office offers a flexible work setting, allowing you to provide care in a comfortable environment while staying connected to your colleagues and support systems. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate patient schedules and needs. Our practice utilizes modern telehealth technologies to ensure seamless communication and engagement with both clients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by each patient, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other modalities, effectively addressing the diverse needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and address prevalent mental health concerns, providing compassionate guidance and support from both peers and professionals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for our patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and manage mental health emergencies effectively when they arise, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, empowering them to engage actively in their treatment, and guiding them toward community resources that can aid their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Massachusetts as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
