Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy from your home or any location of your choice. Your work schedule will be primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective client treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
