Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Bonus: Discretionary Schedule: Hybrid, Monday–Friday Key Responsibilities Process weekly union payroll for approximately 50 employees Manage direct deposits and weekly payroll processing Assist with Accounts Payable processing Enter invoices and payment information into Viewpoint Spectrum Coordinate weekly check runs and approval processes Work closely with the Controller and support AR as needed Requirements 2+ years of payroll and AP experience Experience processing payroll independently Union payroll experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
