Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Advantage Point, you will primarily work with a demographic of clients who have been pre-screened and demonstrate low acuity. This allows you to create therapeutic relationships focused on development and wellness, rather than crisis intervention, fostering a more coherent and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Please note, we do not accept interns or therapists who require supervision to conduct individual therapy.

• No disciplinary actions on your license history are required for consideration.
\n
• Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey sensitive information empathetically and clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desired, but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently, balancing multiple clients' needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is between USD 50,000 to 130,000 , depending on experience and full-time status. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time therapists are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses based on client outcomes.
