Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for school-aged children experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health therapy and solution-focused interventions.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches based on each child's unique needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold confidentiality and security.

• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team that includes school personnel and mental health professionals, facilitating integrated care for students.

• Engage in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance treatment efficacy and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
