Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and relevant training to stay current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
