Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate the creation and implementation of crisis intervention plans and positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by completing documentation thoroughly and on time.
\n
• Engage in evidence-based practice by employing screening tools endorsed by the clinical team for the proper assessment of patient needs.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to coordinate care and enhance the quality of services provided.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all systems and practices align with industry standards.
\n
• Foster open lines of communication with stakeholders to uphold the organization’s mission and effectively meet contract compliance requirements.

• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for our programs and explore new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences, leading workshops, and joining state-level task forces relevant to mental health.

• Embody and promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Radiant Family Relations Counseling in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the organizational goals and team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Family Relations Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families needing support with substance abuse and developmental challenges. Our goal is to provide tailored interventions that meet each client's needs, fostering their journey toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington.
