• One role based in Florida, and travel through the South-East States.

• One role based in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania, and travel through the North-East States.

About the Role

\n

\n

We are looking for two high-energy, results-driven Sales & Business Development persons to lead growth across the North Eastern and South Eastern Region of the United States. You will be able to hit the ground running creating and maintaining relationships with our established customer based. Your previous industry experience will enable you to enjoy success immediately.

\n

\n

Inside sales, customer service or any customer-facing position - this is your next step forward drawing on your experience. What You’ll Do:

\n

\n

\n
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies alongside our US Sales Team to exceed ambitious targets.
\n
• Leverage your knowledge of the décor and building products industry to position EGR Décor as the number one choice for our customers and distributors.
\n
• Partner with Distributors, Designers, Architects, Specifiers, OEM trades, and Fabricators to expand our market presence.
\n
• Provide product education, training, and support so our partners sell with confidence.
\n
• Maintain accurate reports and insights to keep the business moving forward.
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n

\n
• 2+ years in the decorative panel industry proven success in sales is preferrable.
\n
• A strong network within the Décor, Architectural, Specifier, and Fabricator community would be beneficial.
\n
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
\n
• This role is on the road with travel across the region.
\n
• Experience with CRM systems and end-to-end sales lifecycle management.
\n
