Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: $515,000 to $800,000 annually (plus wRVU bonuses)

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care for diverse patient referral base
• Manage clinical load of approximately 20-30 patients daily
• Perform surgeries across multiple locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital and specialty surgical centers
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including four da Vinci Xi Robots
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiology and subspecialties
• Support inpatient management with hospitalist and APP support
• Participate in a care team model; take backup call while APPs handle primary calls
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and trainees (optional)
• Contribute to a collegial, flexible work environment focused on wellness and professional growth

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Ohio or eligible
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong surgical and clinical skills in ENT
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
