Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at the Caring Mind Psychiatry Clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans collaboratively with patients, focusing on addressing their specific concerns and goals.

• Implementing various psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to client preferences and unique circumstances.

• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Providing education and resources to students and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. By establishing trust and rapport with your clients, you will help them navigate their emotional and psychological needs in a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
