Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate virtual family and child counseling sessions, adhering to medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for low acuity adults with diverse mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and updated client case materials, including program forms and statistical data, in compliance with organizational documentation standards.

• Meet or exceed contractual obligations by billing a specified number of reimbursable hours each week to ensure service continuity and funding stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing moderate to low complexity mental health challenges. Our clients often seek counseling for issues like anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. Your role is crucial in helping them achieve better mental health outcomes and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited academic institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy services.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing client records and therapy documentation.

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet personal and professional goals.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with virtual counseling methodologies will be advantageous. Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles is also highly valued.
