Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional evaluations, determining each patient's physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of your patients, emphasizing evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercises.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-management strategies to promote ongoing recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Many of our patients are active individuals seeking to return to their preferred physical activities. A personalized approach is crucial, as most patients value not just physical restoration but also emotional support through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
• Solid knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

Preferred Experience

While we prefer candidates with 2 years of hands-on experience, we welcome recent graduates who have completed clinical rotations in orthopedic settings to apply. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with outcome measurement tools are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
