This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional therapy services to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily within the home care facility, allowing our therapists to support patients in a comfortable and familiar environment. We work collaboratively in a supportive team atmosphere where every staff member plays a key role in patient care. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address patients' goals and physical requirements, crafting individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to deliver targeted interventions that improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement cost-effective therapy approaches to alleviate patients' reliance on medications and explore alternatives to invasive surgical procedures.
• Create comprehensive care plans, integrating various treatment modalities to support a well-rounded approach to recovery.
• Design and lead customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and health goals.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their therapy journey to facilitate maximum functional recovery.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating patients about the importance of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy, monitor patient progress, and maintain open communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient care activities clearly and thoroughly, maintaining accurate records to comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele at Pro Elite Physical Therapy Clinic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our approach is holistic, focusing on each patient's specific lifestyle needs to ensure a faster and more effective recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board complaints.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional skills in designing and executing exercise protocols tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, allowing for immediate contribution to patient care.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and various age groups is appreciated.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
