Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, meticulously evaluating the severity and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster mental health improvement.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor, document, and analyze client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate care and ensure continuity in treatment.

This role primarily involves working with individuals suffering from mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current, valid licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
