Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify specific mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing those needs effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in coordination with the clinical team to facilitate comprehensive evaluations.

• Engage in the development and implementation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, positive behavior support strategies, and medication treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards and contributes to effective client management.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery and seek to enhance the patient experience at every touchpoint of service.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate support for clients and advocate for their needs.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our practice maintains the highest clinical standards.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs, and identify potential funding sources or partnerships.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LMHC position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
